Well, they do! I made this little birthday "cod" while working on the Technique Junkie Newsletter's lates CD: Shimmer, Glimmer, Sparkle and Shine.
This Acetate Sparkle technique looks so fluid when using greens and blues--I just had to pair it with my favorite fishy stamp from I Brake For Stamps. He's called Wanna Kiss? Fish--that right there should make you want him!! LOL!! You CAN save when you visit the IBFS Store and say "haaaaayyyy" to Ms. Della. Just use my code SAVE10JANE and tell her I said hi!
