Welcome to the Technique Junkies first ever TREASURE HUNT! This month, the treasure hunt will include SNEAK PEEKS tfrom the August Newsletter--soon to be arriving in subscribers' mailboxes. While I say this with each edition, IT IS AMAZING and, you are going to sooooo love it!
If you didn't start at the TJ Blog, you'll want to back track and see Judy and Vada's projects--making sure you don't miss a thing! You'll follow the links in each blog, visiting each designer and collecting little treasures along the way! Go on, now.....(I'll meet you back here in a few minutes........waiting......waiting....)
Haven't the TJ designers done a fabulous job? I'm so glad that you made it back to me! As you hop through each designer's blog, you'll want to collect the treasures we will be sharing. At the end, you'll put your collection of treasures together for a chance at the most AMAZING treasure of all! (You'll need to end up at Pat's blog for the directions!)
Today, I'm sharing a card spotlighting the Scene Silhouette technique. Can I say.....LOVE IT! I often say that each technique I share is my favorite, but it's true. They're like children in a way....you can't pick one over the other, but find each one a favorite at one time or another for their own special reason. :)
Appropriately, the treasure I'm sharing with my Scene Silhouette Sneak peak is "S".
This is a 100% Stampin' Up! card. Colors are: Razzelberry, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Real Red (for highlights). Stamps: Extreme Guitar, Extreme Elements and Starring You.
I added a few mini rhinestones on the collage background piece--what rocker doesn't have some bling? I love these stamps! Now that my older two are getting beyond cutesy animals and ballerinas--what with them being all cool and stuff :) These stamps are perfect for their friends and classmates.
I know you're anxious to see more amazing sneak peak projects and to collect your treasures so, I'll keep my rambling to a minimum!
I'll send you off to your next stop, Out of the East by Manna. Get going! You're gonna have so much fun!
TTFN, Jane
