Happy Tuesday! Today has been awaited with much anticipation by the Hambo Design Team! Monica threw down a challenge......create a project inspired by a television show.
I admit it....I'm a Food Network Junkie. And, I LOVE Bobby Flay. If you aren't familiar and don't get my reference, Bobby Flay is a chef and he hosts a show called Throwdown With Bobby Flay. The throwdown challenge of each show involves a different cook/chef against Bobby creating their signature dish. I love him because he is smart and has a great sense of humor! (And, he's cute....LOL!)
Although I have two television inspired cards, this is my favorite!
The cute chef (Barbecue Man) and smaller hamburger (in the background) are both from Hambo. The larger Hamburger--which I love to color--is from Yvonne Albright. I've tried to locate an online source where you might see more of her work, but I could not find one. This little beauty has been in my stash for quite some time! The "what's cookin'?" is from Amuse.
My second reveal is a combined challenge from Monica. Awhile ago, she also challenged us to use our Hambo lovelies to create Valentine Cards.....Here is my Looney Tunes inspired Valentine:
The most difficult part of this little quartet was omitting the Sitting Duck's greenery.
Skunk and Rabbit can be found here . And, you're all familiar with Cool Pig! The sentiment was created in my wee little brain and printed from my computer :)
We're still vacationing so that is all the blah I have time for.....the wee ones are excited to hit the waves :)

Wow, these are GREAT Jane! Funny that you and Libby both chose something from the Food Network -- a channel that I go out of my way to avoid! LOL (Okay, I'll admit I sometimes peek in on "Iron Chef")

Jane I can't believe we both did Food Network shows, that's hilarious!!! I love Bobby Flay too - your card is awesome!! And I love your take on Looney Tunes too! Cute stuff!!

Jane, that is so funny that you and Libby both love the Food Network! I LOVE our card - the hamburger looks amazing! What great coloring! Wow!
